Refund Policy

 At Nourish The Culture, we take pride in providing fresh, made-to-order food and enriching cooking experiences. Due to the nature of our products and services, we have the following refund policy in place:

**Food Orders**  

All food orders are made on demand to ensure the highest quality and freshness. **As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds** once an order has been prepared and delivered or picked up. If there is an issue with your order, such as missing items or a quality concern, please contact us within **24 hours** of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.  

 

**Cooking Classes**  

- **Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class**: You may receive a full refund or reschedule for a future class, subject to availability.  

- **Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class**: A **50% refund** will be issued.  

- **No-shows or cancellations on the day of the class**: No refunds will be provided.  

 

**Exceptions & Modifications**  

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you have an emergency, please reach out to us at **[your email/phone]**, and we will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.
